The subject of Leadership has been exhaustively covered over the decades. From Jim Collins’ Good to Great excellent research on the 5 levels of leadership to Kurt Lewin’s basic research that led to the 7 Leadership Styles:

  • Autocratic. …
  • Authoritative. …
  • Pacesetting. …
  • Democratic. …
  • Coaching. …
  • Affiliative. …
  • Laissez-Faire.
  • But are there other more foundational attributes of leadership that must exist to support a successful organization where there is fulfillment for both leaders and workers and where success is achieved in a joyful & exciting environment?

I believe there are!

In the coming blogs I will cover:

  4. A Patient Environment
  5. A Kind Environment
  6. A Good Environment
  7. A Faithful Environment
  8. A Gentle Environment
  9. A Self-Controlled Environment

In other blogs I discuss each of these “Human Attributes” and how each impacts the success of the organizations we lead.
